Through the early part of the season, these teams look like they'll be around at the end.

NFL Quarterly Report

Four weeks into the 2006 NFL Season, things are looking great for the Cincinnati Bengals and New Orleans Saints at 3-1 a piece. At 2-2, things aren't quite as good as the Jacksonville Jaguars and Carolina Panthers would have hoped, with more than a few plays they wish they could have back.  But no matter what the situation, it's safe to say that these teams are all firmly in the hunt for a playoff spot.

The Bengals are going to have to step it up a notch if they want to overthrow the undefeated Ravens and reclaim the AFC North.  The Jaguars, are going to have to do even more to make up two games on the Colts.  The Panthers and Saints have each other to overcome, as well as the Falcons on their way to an NFC South crown.  What does that all mean?

Twelve more weeks of great NFL action as we watch the season unfold for these four teams. And for most of them, even more fun once the post-season begins!  Do I know how to pick a diamond in the rough, or what?

My favorite team, the three-time Super Bowl Champions.
This expansion team found success early and continues to win.

This often overlooked team packs a ferocious bite.
A franchise as pathetic as the city they hail from.
A team that's historically lacked luck, but always has lots of heart.
