This album contains some of the band's biggest hits of the new millennium.
Like I mentioned on the main Dave Matthews Band page, it took me a while to warm up to the group's style. And by the time I finally did, "Everyday" was the group's most recent album. As a result, this record contains some of my favorite Dave Matthew's songs. While none of them can really be considered "definitive" songs for the band, ones like "The Space Between", "Angel", and the title track "Everyday" did manage to get a fair amount of exposure in both movies and on the radio. In retrospect, you can probably say that "Everyday" was the album that made Dave Matthews Band "mainstream". Of course for a band adored by hippies and pot-heads, that might not be a good thing...
